    Patient Portal Home

    The Hand Institute is in the process of adding a Patient Portal and Payment Gateway. Account creation and login will soon be available providing for online patient bill payments by credit card.

    Patient Portal
    This online portal is provided as a convenience to our patients for making payments on their account balances. This is not connected our patient’s medical, insurance or other personal information. It is the patient’s responsibility to set up an account and to pay the correct amount due that is verified from information provided on their invoices or account statements.

    Your first step is to setup your account using your Patient Id and address found on your invoice. along with your date of birth

    Your account setup will also require confirmation by a valid email address before payments can be processed.

    Patient Payments - Terms and Conditions

    Our Patient Portal provides a convenient option for patients to pay their outstanding invoices online. This portal is not connected to our patient records or billing system therefore each patient is to use their invoice or account statements to setup and verify their accounts and payment amounts

    Payment Refunds
    All patient services at The Institute for Hand and Upper Extremities Rehabilitation (The Hand Institute) are done before any billing goes out so refunds are generally only needed when late insurance adjustments are received or if patient overpays. In these cases, refund requests should be made in writing by mail or email to The Hand Institute. These claims will be evalating and where approved, a refund will be made to the Patient. We make every effort to complete this process within 2 weeks and approved refunds will be made by check or credit card at The Hand Institue's option.
