This is not connected to our patient’s medical, insurance or other personal information. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide accurate information to match from their invoices or account statements.

    At this time, we offer a Quick Pay option for easy and fast handling of patient payments on their account.

    You will also need to provide your billing address for your CC and a valid email address for any confirmations or other communications.
